Construction of a two storey dwelling in Bohermeen, Navan

This dwelling is an A-rated building with the following specification:

The external walls consist of panelvent sheeting, complete with insulation to achieve a U-Value of 0.15wm2K

All internal walls were full filled with 100mm earthwool material

Insulation to sloped areas in roof space to achieve a U-Value of 0.16wm2K

We completed the internal fitout of the house with 2nd fix joinery, such as stairs, doors, skirtings, architraves.
