Situated in the beautiful countryside area of Duleek Co. Meath, this spacious home measures around 1940 square foot and incorporates a traditional look with some modern twists in its design with a large open plan kitchen/living area and three bedrooms on the first floor. Our client wanted to make this house as warm as possible and opted for our airtight specification which is detailed below:

– 2 layers 150mm Knauf loft roll insulation

Our client chose to go for our flat panel solar hot water system as well as a heat recovery system which is up to 85% efficient that incorporates high grade F7 pollen and allergen filters in its design. We also installed stylish slide and sash windows (U Value 1.2) as supplied by Baskil window systems.
