Timberframe Supply and Erect of a New Dwelling in Navan, Co. Meath

Our Clients came to Kilbroney Timberframe expressing that they wanted a home that was extremely easy to heat and was approaching passive house standard.

This project began a few weeks ago and is currently ongoing.

Our clients have recently stated the following in regards to their thoughts on working with us here at Kilbroney Timber Frame:

” On receipt of planning we went out to tender to nine timber frame manufacturers, We clearly specified the U values required for walls, roofs, doors and windows as our intention was to attempt to build approaching Passive House standard. We received tenders from six, on analysis of the tenders we found Kilbroney to be the most competitive. More importantly the package they offered met the criteria that we had clearly set out. The basic timber frame was supplied and erected within the time specified. We continue to work with them on the insulation, air tightness doors and windows.

We are very pleased with the service we are receiving from Kilbroney, and highly recommend them. They are always available on the phone or on site to address any queries we may have. We look forward to working with them to a successful conclusion.”
